​Here are three GOOD cover examples:

Vibrant & Modern
I really like this cover—appealing design, love the font, vivid colors.

Clean & Classy
Another nice cover, a little more classic but still contemporary.

Warm & Inviting
Nice interplay of text and imagery. Playful without feeling juvenile.

Here are three "NOT SO GOOD" cover examples (i.e., please avoid):

Vague & Abstract
Okay minimalist design, but it says nothing about music—too abstract.

Cheap & Cheesy
Wow. Not much to like here—way too cartoon-y, ugly colors.

Old & Boring
Cover looks dated. Music stand image feels super dull.

INSPIRATION BOARD

If you're still needing some inspiration, here are a few cover designs I really like from similar genres...

Awesome cover. Classy but still modern.

Eye catching. Nice contrasting colors. Clever use of text. 

Amazing use of illustration.

Very cool use of cutouts to make the title text pop.

Love the scribbled-down music and notes.

Super simple—colors really pop.

Minimalism executed perfectly.

Nice hand-drawn style (no cartoon vibes).

Great concept. (Perhaps a little busy.)

More of a workbook, but it's an interesting mix of real and graphic elements.
